GTA(Grand Theft Auto) games-Vehicle Modification

In Most of the GTA Games we can customize the handling,acceleration and top speed of all the vehicles

Here is the Way
1.Go to Your GTA installed folder.
2.Open 'data' folder
3.Open 'handling.cfg' with notepad
4.Now you can see the vehicles name,mass,transmission etc
5.Change them according to your wish
6.Save it, open the game.
Enjoy!!

NOTE :- Please keep a copy of the file 'handling.cfg' before editing it so that you can restore the file in case any problems arise.
